Hello everyone
So I've set my day to give up smoking on Friday 7th July. I've smoked for the last 29 years at 20 a day. I'm nervous about giving up as the unexpected is what worries me the most. I know this is the best de idiom for my health and my purse lol but it's the cravings and moods I know I'm going to struggle with.
Any advice would be great

Hope you managed to quit. On the 5th as planned. Try chewing gum jaws ache but it works. I am on day 10 after smoking 35 a day for 50 years I use nrt gum and ordinary gum works for me

Hope you getting on ok. Today I've managed to get through a whole day. I'm using NRT - losingers and trying to change my routine.
