it is like replacing one bad habit for another it will help but then you have to stop using the e cig and you can get hooked on the e cig

After suffering the side effects from the patch and 2 different pills I decided to vape. It worked for me however you do need to reduce the amount of nicotine in your ejuice over time. I went from 6 mg of nic to 0 in 2 months. No longer a smoker or vaper.
