When I feel the urge for a cigarette I make myself do five push ups, or go for a walk/jog. Make sure this is ok with your doctor though. Not only do I get rid of the urge I get fitter as well.

I so need to do this! I am on day 3 of no cigs and I feel like I have been stuffing my face- the last thing I need is to gain weight!
